***For those of you staying onsite at Coons Franklin Lodge, we’re so excited to spend the weekend with you in the Northwoods! Coons Franklin Lodge is a unique lakeside resort featuring cozy shared cabins nestled throughout the property. Guests staying onsite should note that cabin accommodations may be shared with other wedding guests unless otherwise arranged. Each cabin includes a mini refrigerator, and ice and firewood will be provided daily. A full breakfast will be included each morning for all onsite guests. While additional food and beverage options will be available throughout the weekend, Coons Franklin Lodge is not an all-inclusive resort, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly for lunches and any extra snacks or drinks they may want during their stay. Before everyone heads home on Sunday, we invite our onsite guests to join us for a farewell brunch at the lodge at 9:00 AM. We’re looking forward to spending one last morning together before the weekend comes to an end!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the lakeside at Coons Franklin Lodge. Guests should plan for a short scenic walk (approximately 10 minutes) along a wooded lakeside trail from the drop-off location to the ceremony site. For guests who may prefer assistance, golf cart transportation will be available to and from the ceremony site. We recommend keeping the outdoor setting and walking path in mind when choosing footwear for the evening. Please note that in lieu of guest entrée selections, dinner will feature a chef-selected plated meal. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies when submitting your RSVP.
