We met in high school and have been together ever since. Eight years and counting. Our first date was at Maggiano’s (thanks to a gift card Ethan had), and while it wasn’t anything over the top, it was the start of everything. Over the years, we’ve grown up together, supported each other through every phase, and built a life we’re proud of. Ethan planned to propose on the beach in Florida, but a hurricane changed those plans. Instead, we ended up in Gatlinburg, where he proposed at the top of Anakeesta, surrounded by the mountains. It wasn’t what Ethan planned. It was better! We’re excited about everything ahead, including marriage, starting a family, and continuing the life we’ve started together.
