Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Oct. 4th 2018 by returning the stamped card inside your invitation, remember to put a return address and names of attendees.

Question

Can I bring a "Plus One"?

Answer

Please only bring the persons indicated on the invitation, we are having a large wedding and are near max capacity.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please remember that we are getting married on a military base, you will need to get through the gate. Allow time for gate traffic as well as time for them to look you up on the guest list. Please arrive with plenty of time to find a place to park and get seated. The Wedding will start at 2:30 PM.

Question

Do I need anything special to get on base?

Answer

Please bring a valid driver's license and your invitation to present to the gate gards.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola and Amazon https://www.zola.com/ https://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/search/ref=nav_wishlist_find

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are having a full Catholic Mass, so please wear something Jesus would approve of ;) Please present your best, however that may be!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is an Inn, it is quite small though. If you're planning on staying there please be proactive and book! http://www.innattheoldesilkmill.com/ We also have a block of rooms at the Hyatt close by: https://fredericksburg.place.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html We have additional rooms blocked close by the Curell house at the Holiday Inn in Dumfries: www.holidayinn.com Again, rooms book quickly! Make sure to get yours!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are having a buffet style dinner and allergies can be accommodated. Specifically for the salad. They are made in house so if you have an allergy to say blue cheese or nuts, they can be prepared with your allergy in mind. There are gluten-free food items on the menu for dinner and dessert. Let Macy know ahead of time when you rsvp if you have an allergy so she can notify catering and figure out what you are able to eat.
