What is the date and time of the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding is on Saturday, October 11th, 2025! The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM EST. We’ll have a short cocktail hour with appetizers following the ceremony while we take some family and private photos, then the reception will kick off!

Where is the ceremony and reception location?
Answer
Everything will take place at the beautiful Post Family Farm in Hudsonville, MI: 📍 5081 Bauer Rd, Hudsonville, MI 49426 postfamilyfarm.com/weddings No need to drive between locations — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all at the same spot!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:45 PM to allow time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be under a covered pavilion with optional roll-down walls in case of chilly or rainy weather. October in Michigan can be crisp and unpredictable, so we recommend dressing in layers and wearing comfy shoes for walking on grass.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire. Ladies: dresses or jumpsuits with optional shawls or jackets are perfect for the season. Gents: dress shirts, slacks, sport coats, or suits — ties or sweaters are totally optional. Please wear shoes that are comfortable for grass and cooler weather.

What happens if there is poor weather?
Answer
Rain or shine, the wedding is still on! Post Family Farm has great accommodations to make sure everyone stays warm and dry if needed.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so you can be fully present with us. Don’t worry — we’ve hired an awesome photographer to capture it all! Feel free to take photos and videos during the reception.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
If your child’s name is on your invitation, we’d love to have them join us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If your invitation includes a plus one, we’re excited to meet them! Otherwise, we kindly ask you to celebrate with us solo.

Where should I stay? Do you have hotel blocks?
Answer
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms nearby at a group rate. Head over to the “Hotel Block” page on this site for booking details.

Are you registered anywhere? What should I gift?
Answer
Your presence is truly the best gift — but if you'd like to bless us further, we have a registry linked under the "Registry" tab at the top of the site. Gifts will also be accepted at the wedding.

Who should I contact if I have a question on the big day?
Answer
