The nuptial mass is a sacramental ceremony, and out of respect for the presence of the Eucharist in the mass, we ask that dresses be classy/modest when it comes to length. Attire can be anywhere from semi-formal to black-tie, depending on your preference. Men will need to wear either khakis/dress pants and a button-up shirt with a tie, a suit, or a tuxedo. We kindly ask that no ladies wear white dresses, shawls, or sweaters.
Our RSVP date is non-negotiable, as we have to give a final headcount to our vendors for food, drinks, and chairs. If you have not RSVP'd by the date on the website, we will sadly not be able to accommodate you on our special day.
We ask that all guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the mass. Once the mass has begun, we ask that there be minimal interruptions, so it is imperative to be on time.
Yes! If your invitation was addressed to your family, and clearly states that your children are invited! If you have a nursing baby who isn’t listed on your invite, you are welcome to bring them. We love little ones, but ask that any crying babies during the mass be taken to the designated room at the back of the church. There is still a view of the mass from the room, but it will minimize disruptions.
Due to the high volume of families invited to the wedding, we ask that you only bring a plus-one if clearly stated on your invitation. We would love to allow everyone a plus-one, but we unfortunately do not have the space.
We would like the ceremony to be unplugged. We will have a photographer capturing our nuptial mass, and we ask that all guests be present in the moment and respect the mass by having their phones silenced and put away. You are more than welcome to take videos and pictures during our reception!
Please let either the bride or groom know of any food allergies by text or email no later than March 15th. This includes if you need a gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian option. Accommodations are limited due to our catering vendor, but we will do our best to make everyone happy!
We will have an open bar for generic wine, beer, and seltzers. Liquor is not allowed at our venue. If there are specific beers or drinks you would like, you are more than welcome to bring them.
