After living in FL for 6 years, Annie moved to PA for a new job opportunity, that would begin on November 4, 2019. A week after starting the new job, she met her handsome coworker, Austin. Austin knew he liked Annie right away, and it was not long before he began to routinely stop by at 4pm to say hello to her. In short time, the conversations at 4 began to grow longer and longer. December 13th marked the day of their Holiday work party. It was followed by a colleague happy hour and a Christmas musical. After happy hour ended, Austin and Annie found themselves at a Starbucks (quite fondly) getting to know one another before the Christmas show. They rode together to the show, where she mentioned how she has been looking to find a drive thru Christmas light show. At the end of the night, he took her back to her car and asked her on their first date. It was an easy yes for her considering what a gentleman he had been and how well they seemed to click. On their first date he took her to dinner and then to a surprise destination--a walkthru Festival of Lights. Right then she knew he was a keeper. Fast forward to December 13th, 2021, and Austin took her back to the Festivals of Lights. Off to the side of the light show there was a gazebo, lit up with colors. This is where he kissed her, said "I love you," and asked if she would marry him. Without a doubt, she said "Yes!"
