Love Story
Our story has the prevailing theme that reflects God’s timing is always perfect and He works all things together for our good. Our paths closely crossed several times in the past, and we never even realized it. Thinking back, we can recall times when we may have been at the same place at the same time. It’s surreal to think that we’ve been circling around one another since high school and never really met one another until a face-to-face encounter at the funeral home, where we work together.
The very first time we worked together, we knew that we had met “the one.” We seemed to fit together, bonding over our quirky, sometimes odd, sense of humor and interests. As we spent more and more time together, our conversations began to focus more on our future together and getting married someday.
That someday became a reality on June 16, 2024 when we got engaged at the Grand Resort at a funeral home conference! It was the perfect setting as we celebrated with our families.
