Please see the "Travel" page for information on the Best Western Westminster - where we have rooms blocked. The benefit of staying there is that we will have a shuttle that goes to and from the venue! If you do not want to stay at the Best Western, there are two other hotels in town, as well as several about 30 minutes away.
We will have bus transportation from BOTH the Best Western Westminster and the Days Inn, to the wedding venue. Shuttles will depart both hotels at 3:45pm (please don't be late as they will be leaving on time!) to take guests to the venue. There will be two shuttles leaving the reception to return to the hotel, one at 9pm and one at 10:15pm.
Yes! There is parking available at the venue.
Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15pm because we will start promptly at 4:30pm!
Cocktail attire - somewhere between formal and casual! Suit and tie, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, etc. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors (weather permitting) so plan accordingly. For instance, you may want to wear wedges or chunky heels!
If your invitation included either your partner's name or "guest", then yes! If your invitation included a guest but you plan on flying solo, please let us know since that will impact our planning.
While we LOVE your kiddos, this is an adults-only event.
