What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at the dock by 3:15 PM to board the water taxi to the offshore island for our wedding ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire: Dress or suit or button-down shirt/slacks, no tie required. Please no shorts. Ceremony and reception will take place on sand so keep this in mind for shoes.

What is the closest airport to the Resort?

The closest airport to Sandals Royal Bahamian is Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS). There is an airport shuttle that will take you directly to the resort (15 minute ride).

The rooms are designed for double occupancy. As this is an all-inclusive resort, a maximum of two guests are permitted per room.

The resort is adults only. You must be 18+ years old to stay at the resort.

Do I have to stay at Sandals Royal Bahamian?
Answer
Yes, the resort requires all wedding guests to stay at the resort. We understand that travel and time off work may not be possible for everyone. Please join us if you can, but we'll be happy to receive your well wishes from afar!

How do I book my travel?
Answer
We have partnered with Natasha Taylor with Mad Hatter Adventures Travel Company to make your travel arrangements as easy as possible. In order to obtain the discounted specific pricing for our wedding you will need to reach out to her to book your room. She can also assist with your flight arrangements. We ask that all the rooms be booked and deposited (50% of room total) by November 20th. This will guarantee a room for our wedding. The minimum night stay is 3 nights but you may stay as long as you would like to celebrate with us. Please reach out to Natasha and mention Annie and Bretts wedding to receive these rates.
