Where will the Bride and Groom be staying?

We'll be staying at the Courtyard by Marriot Glassboro - Rowan University and have a block there so that you can stay there too! See the "Travel" page for wedding block details.

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

4pm... Please don't be late, your survival depends on this. We MUST beat the sunset! <3 please and thanks!

Question

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Barring natural disaster that will lead to the losing of one of our lives, we will be outside. There will be fire pits, heaters, blankies, and best of all, drinks... come prepared for the temperature. You may need a jacket or sweater, but I swear we're worth it ;)

I tried to book a room on the hotel block website, but the site says there is no more availability. What should I do?

Answer

Call/Text Sam or Joey so that we can alert the hotel to add more rooms to our courtesy block.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is "Black Tie Optional". No tux or tails necessary, but if you're into it, we love that for you! Suits are fine, long gowns are fine, if you show up to our wedding in jorts, we are judging you, bro!

What time is the hotel check in?

Answer

Hotel check in at the Courtyard by Marriot in Glassboro is a 4pm. You MAY have noticed that is also the time that our wedding starts. If you are staying at the hotel and coming the day of the wedding, you may contact the hotel to ask about early check in OR ask to drop off your bag, and can check in once you arrive back from the party. Many of our guests have chosen to come to the hotel the night before (11.15.25) and enjoy the area for an extra day to make a weekend out of their trip. Choice is totally yours. The wineries down are are delicious though... just saying!

What time does the bar open? I need my fix.

Answer

There will be an outside bar/beer garden and bourbon bike outside following the ceremony once cocktail hour begins. If you would like a drink before the ceremony or arrive to the location early, you may head inside to the Bogey's Bistro bar and restaurant and grab yourself a drink at their cash bar. From cocktail hour forward, drinks are on us ;)

I'm staying at the hotel. How should I get to the venue (don't want to drink and drive)?

Answer

If you are staying at the hotel, you will have received a welcome bag in which there is a card with an Uber code. You can use that card to call yourself an Uber on us to travel round trip to and from the venue for the duration of the night. We ask that you buddy up and carpool when you can to concern money and gas. Better safe than in jail... take the Uber friends :) PLEASE!

Can I bring a guest or my baby/child?

Answer

We have chosen to have a kid-free wedding. Nothing personal! Your kids are awesome, but they are not invited. The only children present are those who are in the wedding. Our guest count has been submitted to the venue and we are unable to accommodate extra children or adults at this time.

I know I chose "beef, chicken, fish, or vegan/vegetarian" when I RSVP'd, but what is for dinner?

Answer

We will start with a Caesar salad and you will then be served your choice of beef, chicken, or fish which you selected at your RSVP time. Beef: Prime Rib - Roasted garlic and herb crusted prime rib, served with a natural glaze and horseradish cream sauce. Served with a side of roasted rosemary-garlic and red-bliss potatoes. Chicken: Chicken Margarita - Chicken breast stuffed with fresh mozzarella cheese, house made tomato bruschetta, and fresh basil topped with a zesty balsamic reduction. Served with a side of roasted rosemary-garlic and red-bliss potatoes. Fish: Shrimp Imperial - Jumbo shrimp stuffed with fresh crab imperial in a white wine sauce. Served with a side of rice pilaf. Vegan/Vegetarian: Pasta Primavera - season vegetables and penne pasta topped with a tomato-basil romesco sauce.
