This note applies to parking at the hotel for the wedding: We are pleased to offer a discounted parking rate of $12.00 for guests attending the wedding. Parking Instructions 1. Pre-Register Before Arrival (Optional): Guests may pre-register for parking by visiting www.metropolis.io/join. o Create a login and add your name, phone number, zip code, credit card, and license plate. 2. Day of the Event: o Park in the hotel’s parking garage on any level. o No ticket is needed; Metropolis will detect your vehicle automatically. 3. Accessing the Discount: o A QR code will be available at registration and at the event bars throughout the evening. o Simply scan the QR code, and it will apply the $12 discounted parking rate directly to your registered license plate. o The QR code signs will also include step-by-step instructions for your convenience. 4. Departure: o When ready to leave, just drive out, no kiosk or payment needed at the garage exit. Additional Notes • Guests who have previously registered with Metropolis do not need to create a new account. • Parking validation is not required; once the QR code is scanned, the discount is automatically applied.
