Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since we are having a destination wedding, we’re doing our best to plan ahead. We will kindly request your RSVP no later than July 1st, 2026.

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Due to headcount restrictions, plus-ones will be indicated on invitations. Please reach out to Hannah or Parker for prior guidance if needed.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

For this occasion we kindly request your littles are left at home. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Mountain formal! Cocktail attire and western wear (ex. cowboy hats, boots) welcome. NOTE: We highly recommend checking the weather beforehand since it is autumn in the mountains, the temperature can cool quickly. Since the ceremony is outdoors, please be prepared with a jacket and/or sweater.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We are kindly requesting a phone-free ceremony, however, photos before and after are welcome and encouraged! We hope you enjoy the alpine views as much as we do.

Question

Will the wedding be outside or inside?

Answer

Outdoors on the ranch deck, weather permitting. Please note that the venue is located at an elevation of over 10,000 feet, so hydration and layers are key!

Question

What’s the easiest way to get to & from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the venue from the Village Market. The market is easily accessible from the Market Plaza Station.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

No, the venue is located on a private road only accessible to commercial vehicles. Please utilize the provided transportation from the Village Market, which is easily accessible via gondola, ride share (Dial-A-Ride), or vehicle (limited parking available at the market).

Question

Do you have a room block at a hotel?

Answer

We do not, but we do have discount codes available at select hotels (see “Travel” tab), and advise researching vacation rentals in either Telluride or Mountain Village. Since early October in Telluride is extremely popular for leaf-peeping and other weddings, we highly recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible.

Question

I have other questions, who can I reach out to?

Answer

Hannah can be reached via cell phone or at mackinnonmv@gmail.com. Parker can be reached via cell phone or at parker.sommerkamp@gmail.com. Thank you!
