What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at Villa Capri no later than 1:30 pm. If you are not on time YOU WILL MISS THE CEREMONY. Trust us :)

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
The dress code is black tie optional. Men: tuxedos or suits. Women: long dresses.

Can I change for the wedding after party?
Answer
Yes! It will be a long, lively day and we want you to be comfortable. The bride will be changing into a shorter dress, but please keep it classy :)

Beach clothes! Swim suits, swim trunks, Hawaiian shirts. Whatever your heart desires.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Weather in Lake Garda in September is quite pleasant, expect highs in the mid 70's and lows in the mid 50's. Bring a jacket for the evenings. The lake temperature will be refreshing but warm enough to swim, low 70s. The weather can also be temperamental so prepare for a rain shower or two!

Please RSVP as soon as possible, and no later than August 1st.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We highly recommend staying at one of these 3 hotels: 1) Villa Capri (4-star), 2) The Grand Hotel Fasano (5-star) or 3) Hotel Bellevue (3-star). There are options for every price point and these are all walking distance to the venue. You can't beat that!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event. Kids are welcome to attend the beach party and welcome dinner on Thursday. If you need to find a baby sitter for the wedding ceremony, let us know!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, if you have a food allergy of preference, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate. The menu of the evening will be: First primo: Risotto with prawns and salicornia Second primo: Open raviolo with Bufalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil Main course: Beef fillet and crispy vegetables

How do I get to Gardone Riviera?
Answer
You have two options for getting to the lake region: 1) train + bus or 2) rent a car. Public transit in Italy is very good so taking a train + bus is a great option. From either Milan or Rome: 1 - Train to Brescia 2 - Walk to Brescia bus station 3 - Catch the S202-1 bus to Gardone Riv. Autostatzione But if you want to freely explore the lake region, or have a tight flight schedule, renting a car may be a better option.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Provided that you are staying in Gardone Riveria, all the events, including the ceremony and reception are accessible by foot (<5 minutes). It's Europe after all, walking is all part of the experience!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

All of our events are walking distance from the hotels. If you plan on renting a car, check with the hotel you are staying at for parking options.
