Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you'll be sharing this special day with us by the 1st of April 2025, to allow enough time for us to let all of our vendors know our final numbers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is set to start at 3pm on the 20th of May 2025, so we strongly recommend getting to the venue around 2pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our venue is very beautiful, elegant and classy. We strongly suggest formal attire, or at the very least semi-formal. Please also refrain from wearing any shades of white/ivory. Also, please note that the venue has a lot of grassy/rocky areas, so take that into consideration when choosing your footwear.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, no, kids are not welcome on the day - unless we have stated their name on the invitation. We understand if this causes problems for some, and we apologise, but we would like to be able to let loose and have a good night without being concerned about the safety of your little ones - thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless we have stated that you have a plus one, no, you cannot bring a date. As much as we'd love to have more people to celebrate with, we have already submitted our estimated numbers and cannot add any more - thank you for understanding.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

There is no parking inside the venue itself, but there is parking on the street outside (not many), or there is a parking lot about 200m down the road which is next to Merrimac Primary School. We recommend either parking there, or Ubering in if you're planning on having a good night ;)

I have dietary requirements, who do I talk to?

Answer

If you have any specific dietary requirements, please feel free to contact myself or Matt, and we will get something sorted for you.
