We were set up by our friend, Emily! Emily and Zach have been great friends since high school. When Mackenzie and Emily met each other at a friend's bachelorette party, she mentioned her friend Zach and how great of a guy he was! Mackenzie was definitely intrigued after hearing about Zach. Emily sent Zach Mackenzie's number and he reached out a few days later. They had their first date Sept. 16, 2017 & since that day, they knew they were meant for each other!

Zach & Mackenzie closed on their house the morning of March 1st. Once they arrived to their new house, Zach insisted on carrying Mackenzie across the threshold. Zach continued to carry Mackenzie into the kitchen where she was met with flowers & a sign that said, "Will you marry me?" Zach then got down on one knee and Mackenzie was literally in shock! It took her a few minutes to realize that this moment was real & she said, without a doubt, "YES!"
