Despite their differences (one an accountant the other a teacher, one a diehard sports fanatic the other prefers Housewives of New Jersey), Sydney and Mackenzie's relationship is now as strong as it has ever been. From the day Mackenzie and Sebastian first met, Sydney has been an integral part of their relationship which is why they are thrilled she said yes to being the Maid of Honor.

Littlest Sister of the Bride - Cameron joined the Hestevold family in 2005 and shook up their world for the better. Despite their age differences, Cameron and Mackenzie enjoy their time together bantering back and forth about their generational differences. Sebastian is thrilled to have another sister to spoil and Mackenzie could not be more proud and honored to have her by her side.

Groom's Sister - Nathalia and Sebastian have a strong, loving, and competitive relationship. The pair of siblings have created a strong bond throughout the years and both have unwavering support for one another. Mackenzie is excited to gain another sister who shares the same love for soccer as she does. Nat has one of the biggest hearts and is so supportive of the people she loves most, which is why they are so excited to celebrate this new family with her.

Childhood/Best Friend of the Bride - Jacie and Mackenzie have known each other since the days of PAL youth soccer. Jacie and Mackenzie immediately bonded over their intense love for athletics, adventuring, and all things Disney. The two had grown up side by side until their forced split into different high schools followed by two very different colleges. Despite the distance between them, they have never missed a beat in their growing friendship. Also known as "Heart and Soul" for their special chemistry, Jacie will be the first friend to stand next to Mackenzie on her wedding day.

College Friend of the Bride - Marissa and Mackenzie met at Rutgers University through their sorority Phi Sigma Sigma. Mackenzie had chosen Marissa to be her "little" and they became inseparable. The two shared precious times together at Rutgers between the football tailgates, sorority events, and club soccer games. Mackenzie's favorite friend from college quickly became her friend for life and she could not be more thankful to Rutgers for allowing her to meet her college best friend.

Teacher Friend of the Bride - Paige and Mackenzie met on the first day of their new teacher orientation at Parsippany High School. Paige and Mackenzie clicked instantly and quickly became work best friends. They bonded over their work-life highs and of course all the work-life lows of being a high school teacher. They both frequently exchanged stories from work including their tallies of constantly being mistaken as students. Mackenzie is so grateful to have met a lifelong friend at work.

Childhood Friend of the Bride - Kaitlyn and Mackenzie met through their good friend Jacie when they were nine years old. Both were overjoyed to learn they were born just one day apart and that sealed the excitement of their blossoming friendship. Kaitlyn and Mackenzie also were separated into different high schools and colleges, but they grew close once more as their paths crossed when the three began to settle into their adult lives.

Best Friend of the Groom - Sebastian and George's friendship began with a "Hey want to run the beep test together?" The two played soccer at Farleigh Dickinson University and bonded over their love of the sport and were frequent with their banter over their rival professional soccer teams. (Let's go, Chelsea Football Club!) After college, they remained close friends by being a constant presence in each other's lives. George would also be one of the mutual friends between Sebastian and Mackenzie, thus making him the perfect choice as the best man!

Childhood Best Friend of the Groom - Steven has been a part of Sebastian's life since birth. With their mothers being childhood friends in Colombia, Sebastian and Steven have grown up together and become each other's closest childhood friends. Both shared fond memories of large Colombian family parties, playing rockband until 3 am (or until they were yelled at), and getting late night Burger King. Steven and his family continue to be an important part in Sebastian's life.

Childhood Bestfriend of the Groom - Sebastian has known Jonathan and his family since birth. Throughout their childhood, along with Steven, the three grew up together spending most of their time either playing video games or soccer. Although Sebastian caused Jonathan to need teeth surgery after a frisbee incident, he is thrilled Jonathan agreed to stand by his side on this special day.

College Friend of the Groom - A testament to how small the world is, Giovanni's family was one of the first people that the Gallos met upon their arrival to the United States. The two were brought together after agreeing to join the Farleigh Dickinson Men's Soccer team. Giovanni and Sebastian's common interests of soccer, video games, and making fun of the now Best Man (George) allowed them to quickly become good friends. We are grateful Giovanni will continue to be a lifelong friend and a groomsman.

Friend of the Groom - Tommy (Tsampicos) was introduced to Sebastian through George. The three of them along with Phil would spend time together cursing and betting at the golf course. Sebastian's passion for success and Tommy's long experience with the sport created a competitive relationship between the two. Despite their contest at the course, they also enjoy critiquing the swing of both George and Phil at every hole. Having beaten Tommy only five times, Sebastian is grateful to have another quality guy next to him on this day.

College Friend of the Groom - Phil had met Sebastian at Farleigh Dickinson University through his employment as an assistant soccer coach. Phil and Sebastian's relationship was strengthened through George and began seeing each other more frequently outside of soccer. Sebastian credits Phil for his first European experience after attending his wedding in Portugal in the summer of 2022. Sebastian thanks Phil for his advice and encouragement throughout the years and is excited to have him there on the big day.

Mutual Friend of Bride & Groom - Brandon became part of the lives of Mackenzie and Sebastian during the summer of 2021 after their time spent down the shore at Belmar! Mackenzie and Brandon shared a love for teaching, coaching, and being the life of the party. Brandon and Sebastian shared their passions for soccer, Chelsea FC, and being the subject of their significant other's jokes. Mackenzie and Sebastian may have surprised Brandon by asking him to be a groomsman, but it was an easy choice after such an amazing summer!
Zach Adler

Mutual Friend of Bride & Groom - Zach and Mackenzie's friensdhip began at Rutgers University (RU rah rah!). Soon after the end of the COVID lockdown, Zach and Mackenzie began hanging out much more frequently with trips down the shore, lounging on the boat, and making big plans for post-Covid. Mackenzie actually has Zach to thank for being the unintentional matchmaker for her and Sebastian. Sebastian and Zach knew each other well through their time spent playing for Parsippany Soccer Club growing up. Zach continues to be an essential part of both Mackenzie and Sebastian's lives and they are thrilled he will be featured in the bridal party.

Mutual Friend of the Bride & Groom - Melissa came into the lives of Mackenzie and Sebastian after their integration into the "Belmar Crew" in the Summer of 2021. Melissa is one of the sweetest, most kind-hearted, and best all-around person that they both know. Melissa has supported and guided both of them throughout their relationship and they are both so grateful to have Melissa in their lives! Melissa graciously accepted the request to be their officiant. Sebastian and Mackenzie cannot wait to have Melissa marry them!
