The Wingate by Wyndham is a newer build hotel in the heart of Ellicottville only a 5 minute drive to our venue! Free breakfast buffet, free wifi, free parking, indoor pool and fitness center. Standard room with 2 queen beds per room are available with a discounted wedding rate of $120 for Thursday 9/26, $209 for Friday 9/27. This hotel is a great choice for those who wish to stay in a more spacious and updated room for the wedding celebrations.

The Inn at Holiday Valley Resort

Holiday Valley offers the Inn at Holiday Valley (which is pet friendly!) This is a older style ski lodge resort that is walking distance from our venue. The Inn offers continental breakfast, free wifi, indoor/outdoor pool and free parking. Discount prices are $123 plus tax for Thursday night and $169 plus tax for Friday night. Pet fees are extra.

Airbnb or VRBO websites

We highly recommend that if you are planning to stay with a large group of family and/or friends, please take a look at the Airbnb or VRBO websites. These sites offer great rates for rooms and/or house rentals! The bridal party has rented a large Airbnb from Thursday September 26-Sunday September 29th, and is about 10 minutes away from the Holiday Valley Lodge.

Shuttle

Holiday Valley Shuttle/Uber

September 27, 2019 4:00 pm - 2:30 am

A shuttle will be running from the Wingate and The Holiday Valley Inn starting at 4pm to take guests to the ceremony which begins at 5pm. There will also be a shuttle from 10:30pm to 2:30am and will take you from the reception to your hotel, rental house, or to the bars in Ellicottville. If you are staying at a rental house, please contact Mackenzie with the address to arrange a shuttle for you. You can also use Uber as well!
