What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 4:00pm CST. Please plan to arrive by 4:15pm CST so you have time to park, mingle, and find your seat before the ceremony starts at 4:30pm CST.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes — Public parking is available on street as well as Richland park, the parking lot directly across the street from the venue. We recommend Rideshare and the shuttle option (if you are staying at one of the two blocked off hotels).

What should I wear?

Cocktail Attire - Guys - Suit, Sport Coat / Girls -Long Dress, Summer Dress, Jumpsuit

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and dinner will be indoors (air-conditioned!), with cocktail hour and some mingling outdoors -- weather permitting. Both are at the same location.

Will there be vegetarian or gluten-free options for dinner?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of any dietary needs/restrictions when you RSVP. You can also reach out to us directly.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have two different hotel blocks located less than 3 miles from the venue. Nashville Mariott at Vanderbilt and Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End. Please see the "Travel" tab for booking links. There are so many amazing hotels in the city, so please feel free to book wherever you may choose.

If you are looking for more boutique hotel options, some of our favorite Nashville hotels are the 1Hotel, JW Marriott Downtown, Virgin Hotel Nashville, The Noelle and W Nashville!
