RSVP cards can be found within your invitation that you can fill out and return, or you may respond with a digital RSVP here on our website under the RSVP tab. We hope to see you there!
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice will allow you a much-deserved night off and you're able to let your hair down to celebrate this day with us!
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Wear something you're comfortable in - button-up shirt, slacks, a flowy dress, or whatever brings you joy. With this particular dress code in mind, please forgo any denim, shorts, sneakers, or flip-flops. Our ceremony will be taking place outside in a grassy field, please keep this in mind when choosing your attire.
We have reserved a hotel block at the AmericInn for $79.00 a night. The link for booking can be found under the 'Travel' tab on our website. There are other hotels located in town, however we can ensure the highest quality accommodations at the AmericInn. Please feel free to reach out to Noah or I for further questions regarding hotel accommodations.
Please know that your love and company on our wedding day is more than we could ask for! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest in celebrating with a gift, we've created a registry at Target, Amazon, Zola, and a Honeymoon Fund! Links can be found under the 'Registry' tab on our website.
The wedding will be taking place at the Elms Barn, located at 3540 US-62, Flippin, AR 72634.
The ceremony will take place outdoors in a grassy field, while the reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be a 'come and go' style with access to the reception site and activities being held outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, all events will take place indoors at the Elms Barn.
Or course, we can't guarantee anything, but October here in Mountain Home is generally a warm month. With high temperatures ranging from 60-70 degrees, and low temperatures ranging from 50-60 degrees. Please feel free to keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to the wedding.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, we ask that no guests arrive earlier than 3:30pm. Immediately following the ceremony, guests will have access to the barn for cocktail hour. During this time activities, hors d'oeuvres, and drinks will be provided while the bridal party meets with the photographer. The reception will begin around 5:30pm with dinner being available around 6:00pm. There will be dancing to follow with the event ending at 10:30pm.
Parking will be in the grass field at the front of the barn. There will be signs located on the grounds to direct guests.
We will be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by dinner. Dinner will consist of a slider bar with a beef, and chicken option available, fixings on the side. An array of dessert will also be provided later in the night.
We want to make sure everyone enjoys the evening and their meal. Please let us know the best way we can help accommodate your dietary needs.
We will be providing a selection of beer, wine, seltzers, liquors, and mixers for our guests.
