We have reserved two hotel blocks at The Renegade Hotel, as well as The Inn at 500 in downtown Boise. The Hotel Renegade- This is the newest hotel in Boise and where the Bride and Groom will be staying. It includes two bars, a restaurant, and a coffee shop. It is $239 a night flat rate for guests. The Inn at 500 is a cute boutique hotel that borders Julia Davis Park and is walking distance from the Greenbelt. This one offers a shuttle which is free within 5 miles. The attire for guests is semi-formal. Please also keep in mind the ceremony itself is outside and it will (probably) be hot this day!
The ceremony itself starts at 4:30. Feel free to arrive anytime as soon as 3:30 to find a seat, grab a beverage, and explore the venue.
We will be serving BBQ for dinner. We will have vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options.
Kids are welcome as our own will be attending. We do ask that you make sure all kids are respectful and monitored, especially during the ceremony itself. There will be food and drink options for the kids. There is also an arcade room at the venue for kids to hang out and play games.
There is a large parking lot at the venue. You can leave your car overnight if needed. There are Ubers or Lyfts available in the area that can take you to or from the venue.
