Is there a room block?

Answer

All of our wedding festivities will take place within Casa de Campo. To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests and per the resort’s policy, access to wedding venues is strictly limited to guests staying within our official room block. We kindly request that you refrain from booking via Airbnb, Vrbo or any other outside sources, as these reservations will not allow you entry to the wedding events. Our room block requires a two-night minimum stay with options to extend. More information and instructions are given in the link provided on our travel page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

1. Ceremony : Coastal Formal. For gentlemen, a suit and tie; for ladies, floor-length or tea-length dresses. Vibrant colors and summer textures are welcomed. A note on footwear for women: We recommend choosing footwear suited for cobblestone streets.

How do we get to Casa de Campo?

After flying to one of our recommended airports, taxi services can be acquired outside the airport gates.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held at outdoor venues. The Dominican Republic in December has temperatures in the daytime around 80F/27C and evenings around 70F/21C.

When do I need to reserve my room?

We kindly encourage you to reserve your accommodations as soon as possible or by the deadline (June 22nd 2026) - Link is on our travel page. Our dedicated room block is held exclusively for our guests until June 22nd. While the resort will continue to honor our special wedding rate after this date, room availability cannot be guaranteed as the resort may fill quickly. Please do not book your hotel or villa with Airbnb, Vrbo or any other third party travel sites, as those reservations will not allow you entry into any of the wedding events.

How can we get around once in Casa de Campo?

Getting Around the Resort One of the many perks of staying within our official room block is that a complimentary golf cart is included with your reservation—the perfect way to explore the beauty of Casa de Campo at your own pace. Upon check-in, the resort will provide a map to help you navigate, though we’ve found that Waze and Google Maps also work wonderfully within the grounds. Wedding Day Transportation To ensure a celebratory and stress-free evening, dedicated shuttle service will be provided for all wedding festivities. A charter bus will depart from the Hotel Lobby to whisk you away to the ceremony and reception, with return service provided throughout the evening to bring you safely back to your room.
