Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have school busses to shuttle people from the Hampton Inn in both Kalispell and Whitefish to the ceremony at 3:00 and 3:30. Shuttles back to the hotels will run every hour from 9:00-11:00.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive early, Triple B Ranch is a large venue and it takes time to get across the grounds. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While there is ample parking at the venue, if you are staying at or near the Hampton Inn in whitefish or Kalispell, we encourage you to utilize the shuttle!
