Let me tell you how excited I was when Dale brought Claire home... I knew I had gained a life long friend!! We had always said that no matter what happened in our relationships with the Miller boys that we would forever be friends (although glad it worked out the way it did 😉). Claire and Dale married in June of 2021 and moved to Troutman, NC. We talked for years about getting to live near each other and I am so happy it finally happened!! Kepli Meadows

I have rewritten this description so many times because I can't come up with the words to describe how special Kepli's friendship is to me. Kepli and I both come from families of 4 girls and I think that was enough in common to bring us to be the best friends that we are now. Not many people can say their best friend in high school is still their best friend after college. Kepli attended UNC where she majored in nursing. Karlee Porter

Karlee was my roommate both of my years at UNCW and I could not have been more blessed to have her. When we first met, we spent a whole weekend together but the way we connected you would have never known that was our first time together! Karlee is truly like another sister to me and we have SOOO many fun memories together. Some of my favorite memories with Karlee are our sorority events, eating hot-pockets at 2am, and basically any time we are together. We always have so much fun! Karlee is from Summerfield, NC but now lives permanently in Wilmington working in clinical research!! Abby is the 2nd oldest of the Copeland girls and my first best friend. Obviously growing up together, we have so so many memories (most of them involving me hurting her somehow i'm sure). I love that Abby is wise beyond her years and such an old soul. Abby attends Appalachian State where she is majoring in English Literature! Amanda Copeland

Amanda is truly an indescribable person. She is a little bit of everything and I absolutely love that about her! She is the 3rd Copeland sister but definitely not one to be looked over. Amanda and I have such a special relationship because we are almost exactly alike. We have all the same interests and usually the same thoughts about things. We are the type that can just look at each other and know what the other is thinking. My family often says Amanda and I are our own "clique" but we don't like to look at it that way, just that we are best friends. Amanda is currently attending my alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She is studying political science and hopes to one day become a lawyer! What, like it's hard? Madison is the youngest of the Copeland sisters but definitely not one to be forgotten! Maddie comes across as sweet and shy but let me assure you... the girl has got sass! I love Madison's wit and how she can make her self laugh in any situation. Fun fact about Madison is that I actually named her! We were in the ultrasound room finding out her gender and when we found out she was a girl (after the initial sadness went away) I suggested the name Madison and it stuck! Sons of Richard and Elizabeth Floyd. Henry is the oldest of the Floyd boys at 11 years old. He likes to skateboard, play golf, and play baseball! Charlie is 9 years old and wishes to become an actor when he grows up. He loves cats, baseball, and Avatar the Last Airbender. I have nannied the Floyd boys for almost 4 years and they have absolutely become family to me. I have loved watching the boys grow in to the young men they are and have so appreciated the guidance from Richard and Elizabeth all these years!
