For those that don't know, Morgan is Mackenzie's twin sister! Do you see the resemblance? If you ask either of them, they would probably tell you that having a twin wasn't always the greatest thing but it definitely did give each other a life long friend. Growing up, Mackenzie and Morgan have shared a lot of things. Most of the time, they were a package deal. So obviously the person that has shared the most of Mackenzie's life with her will be front and center, holding her bouquet, fixing her dress, and making her laugh while she holds back her happy tears. Oh, and Mackenzie finally has something she doesn't have to share, her husband!
Cody Whitehead
Best Man
Cody and Kane have memories that go back as far as little league together. Over time, they grew apart but in the early stages of Kane and Mackenzie’s relationship, they were brought back together! Cody and Madi got married 2 years ago and Kane likes to point out that without him they wouldn’t be married because he literally married them. Kane didn’t have a tough decision when it came to him choosing his best man.

Next up is Madi! (actually the first of 3 in the wedding party) Madi has actually been Kane's friend for much longer than her and Mackenzie have been, but Mackenzie took over the best friend category about 4 years ago. Madi had been trying to get Mackenzie to date Kane since their high school days. If only she would've listened to her sooner! Mackenzie was also Madi's maid of honor in her wedding, so it only makes sense that she takes the same title in this wedding.
Jared Simmons

Kane met Jared when he first started working at the Sheriffs Office as a jailer. Kane worked his way up and is now shift partners with Jared patrolling pike county at night. Mackenzie likes to refer to Jared as the other woman because Kane spends more time with him than he does his own wife! But that’s what happens when you work 12’s together and go to the gym together… and buy pre workout together… and Snapchat each other all day and night… honestly the list goes on.
Taylor Evans

Taylor and Mackenzie have been friends since high school. They were both on the golf team and often played in matches together which helped bring them closer! Mackenzie and Taylor have done lots of things together like sharing their shopping addiction, getting tattoos and piercings together, and even vacationing to Mexico! Now, if you ever see them together, just know they are spending more money than they should and probably mentally planning their next tropical vacation!
Chaney McKinney

Chaney McKinney. He is another one of Kanes long time best friends. These two and Madi were inseparable in high school! The 3 of them enjoyed hanging out after school, driving around for hours, going fishing together, and the guys especially enjoyed poking fun at Madi or making fun of the current boyfriend she had. Their friendship has stayed steady over the years and Kane knows that Chaney is always right there when he needs him!
Delia Krueger

Delia, Delia, Delia. Mackenzie and Delia's friendship started at good old Subway where they worked together all through high school and even a little after. They managed to continue their friendship even when Delia was off to college at IU and Mackenzie was still in high school. They often spent their summers together and were inseparable! They even formed the Fab 4, which included Delia, Mackenzie, Kane, and Chaney. The summers those 4 spent together definitely helped Kane and Mackenzie get to where they are today. No matter how much time Mackenzie and Delia spend apart, they can always pick their friendship up right where they left off! Kane has known Daniel since literal birth as they are first cousins! Growing up together meant that they had built in best friends since Kane and Daniel were the first grandsons born into the family. Daniel and Kane have done practically everything together whether it be going to the gym, fishing with their grandpa, or just hanging out.
Keileigh Boger

Mackenzie and Keileigh haven't been friends for quite as long as she has been with the other girls, but their connection was almost instant! Forming their bond through work has helped build an amazing friendship. What really set it off was, while Kane was away at the police academy, Keileigh and Mackenzie shared a meal every Monday night which then started the on going Monday Night Dinner that has grown with more friends over time. Even though Mackenzie and Keileigh haven't been friends long, it feels as though they've known each other for a lifetime!
Ty Smith

Ty and Kane have known each other for a long time. It wasn’t until Cody and Kane became friends again that Ty and Kane really came closer together. Kane and Mackenzie have frequent dinners with the Whiteheads and Ty is always a part of the party. They have all even gone on vacation together. It only made sense that Ty would be standing on Kane’s side.
Natalie Burkhart

Natalie and Mackenzie have been friends for quite some time. Dating back to around 3rd grade. They both also went to the same church together and were apart of the same children's group, Godz Girlz. If you never saw them perform, you really missed out! As the years went on, they found other similar interests like band class where they both played the flute, volleyball (which Nat stuck with and Mack did not), and then what most people probably know them for playing together, golf. After high school, they drifted a little, but who would've known that their men would bring them together again!
Race Brittan

Kane met Race in high school on the baseball team. Kane was a bit older than Race so they didn’t spend much time together then but, again, Cody brought Race back around and BOOM, he’s in the wedding! Funny thing is Race and Mackenzie have actually known each other longer as their parents grew up together and brought the kids along. Race and Mackenzie also worked together at Subway for a brief time. Race has been in Kane or Mackenzie’s life one way or another!
Madeleine McGregor

Madeleine and Mackenzie also work together and have continued to grow closer as the years go by! As a hair stylist, you have some down time whether it be in between clients or while their hair is processing. So Madeleine and Mackenzie have spent A LOT of time in the back room of Shears together. From giving each other advice on how they should go about toning their clients hair to obsessing over how cute Madeleines little boy is in pictures she has of him covered in whatever food he ate the night before, together, they continue to build on their friendship! (Madeleine is also number 2 of the 3 Maddys!)
Silas Goff

Silas and Kane played football together practically their whole lives. They were a grade apart in school so they spent a lot of time together in the football field. From the field to the weight room, they grew a lot together. Mackenzie would like to add that she has heard one to many locker room stories from these two.
Maddy Eakins

And finally the 3rd of the 3 Maddy's! Maddy and Mackenzie worked together at Shears before Maddy moved salons to The White Brick Hair and Co. When Mackenzie started at Shears, everyone was very welcoming but, right from the start, Maddy treated Mackenzie as if she had known her for years, thus the beginning of their friendship! Moving salons would make you think that their friendship would fade out, but one of the many perks of having hair stylist friends, you've got to have someone to do your own hair and that is Maddy for Mackenzie. Their bond continues to blossom as they keep up with each other via titok, snapchat, and the frequent FaceTime call to check in!
Dalton Freeman

Kane and Dalton met at work just a few years ago. Dalton started as a dispatcher while Kane patrolled the road. It’s important to have a good relationship between dispatch and officers to make the shift go smooth and these two were fortunate enough to build a friendship out of it!
