When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please refer to travel section for parking needs at church. For the church, please see parking map (link in travel section, lots L2 & L3) and instructions for well-abled and those who have mobility assistance needs. The reception has and upper and lower parking area and a golf cart with driver will be available for those with mobility limitations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at St. Thomas of Villanova Church no later than 3:00 PM to have enough time to park, walk to church and find your seats.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Ladies: Cocktail dress and dancing shoes Men: Suit/tie and dancing shoes

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see list of hotels in the surrounding area where we have room blocks for discounted rates. The wedding party will be staying at The Desmond Hotel, but please choose the hotel of your liking!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you are able, please RSVP online and drop in for a farewell breakfast on Sunday June 21, 2026 from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM at The Desmond Hotel.

Is there transportation from church to reception?

Answer

Due to the spread of hotels, we cannot provide transportation to events. Please consider SCHEDULING an Uber or Lyft for your group. We recommend scheduling rides given the extra visitors to Philly that weekend, so you are not waiting for a car.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight in the Audobon parking lot?

Answer

If for any reason you are unable to drive after the reception, you can leave your car in the parking lot. It will need to be moved by 10 AM Sunday morning. Thank you
