What time does the wedding start?

The wedding ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4pm.

What's the dress code?

Cocktail attire... For guys please wear a suit/blazer with slacks, tie optional. For girls, feel free to wear a dress, dressy jumpsuit, or a skirt or tailored pants with an elegant top. At the end of the day though, we are so grateful you are coming and please feel free to wear whatever you feel beautiful/comfortable in!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Great question! We’re not sure what the weather will be in March in Missouri, it may be indoor and it may be outdoor depending on the day. The venue gives us the option to decide up to an hour before the ceremony so please be prepared for either.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We are not allowed to leave our cars overnight at the venue so we will have a shuttle that can take you to and from your hotel. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn. The shuttle will start 1.5 hours before the ceremony and then 9pm till everyone is back to the hotel.

The shuttle will pick up from the Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn. Shuttle schedule to pick everyone up at the hotels: 3:15pm 3:45pm Shuttle schedule to take people back to their hotels: 9:00pm 10:00pm 10:30pm

What food will be there?

Answer

We will have Pappy's BBQ! Pulled chicken, beef brisket, mac and cheese, potato salad, baked beans, salad, and rolls. Also during the time between the ceremony and the reception there will be appetizers from Pappy’s, toasted ravioli and bruschetta!
