FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st so we can be sure to accommodate you! We won’t be able to guarantee space for responses received after this date. Thank you for helping us plan our special day!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will have a relaxed, slightly western vibe! For women, dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts are great options, and boots are always more than welcome if you’d like to lean into the western feel. For men, a nice button-down shirt with jeans or slacks works well, paired with boots or dress shoes. Evenings may be a little cool, so bringing a light jacket is a good idea! Wear what makes you feel great and ready to dance!

Question

What is the time and date of the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on Friday, October 2nd, with the ceremony starting at 4:00 PM. Guests are invited to arrive at 3:30 PM. Reception to follow.

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at 9990 Mt. Vernon Rd, Auburn, CA 95603

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking will be available on-site, and we’ll be converting the horse arena into guest parking for the event. There will be plenty of signage to help guide you when you arrive. Parking is somewhat limited, so we kindly encourage guests to carpool whenever possible.

Question

Can I bring my kiddos?

Answer

Yes! Children are absolutely welcome at our wedding. We love your little ones, but we also completely understand if parents would prefer to enjoy a night off. Please note that the venue does have a pond on the property, so we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception and dinner will be held inside a beautiful, covered barn. You are even able to spot it in some of our engagement pictures, hint hint! And yes—there will be bathrooms available on-site!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We truly wish we could include everyone, but we appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration a little more intimate.
