Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest/Short Pump

Their will be transportation provided to and from the hotel to the wedding through Winn transportation by a bus that holds up to 55 people. The bus will pick guests up from the hotel at 4:10pm- please be in the lobby 10 minutes early by 4pm to board the bus. A Bus will be available to shuttle up to 55 guests to and from the Courtyard by Marriott at Richmond Shortpump NW to the wedding venue (Fairview Farm). The bus will depart at 4:30pm so all guests should be down in the lobby ready to board no later than 4:10pm. The bus will also bring the same guests back to the hotel after the event.

I would also check AirBnB for additional stay options in Powhatan, VA as all hotels are a 40-45 minute drive to the venue and there are no hotels in Powhatan, but plenty of Airbnb options available for great prices.
