While we truly love each and everyone of your children, this will be an adult only event. We understand that may make traveling more difficult and we do apologize for the inconvenience. The venue is directly on the water with a dangerous drop off from the lawn into the water below, making this a liability to have children near the edge. Again, we know this makes things difficult and we really hope to still have you there for our special day!
Yes there is a spacious parking area on the venue site. The owners of the venue allow cars to be left over night but must be picked up the following morning no later than 10am.
This event will be formal dress code. The ceremony part will take place on the lawn while the reception and cocktail hour will be located under the tent with a concrete floor.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Yes we will have a shuttle bus bringing guests to and from the venue. Ceremony will began at 4:30pm with the last shuttle trip leaving the hotel at 3:45pm. The shuttle will be available throughout the reception and the last trip back to the hotel will be at 10:00pm.
We have chosen to have a buffet style dinner, with options including chicken, pork and pasta.
We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion of our day only. We will have a camcorder recording the ceremony. After the ceremony, the camcorder will be passed around and we are asking for your help in capturing as much footage as you can! We can’t wait to see what everyone got!
