If you are selecting pre/postdates on the website it will show you the best available rate and not the group rate. Kindly note that the $35.00 amenity fee will be waived from the final folio.

Hotel Washington is next door to The Willard. All individual call-in reservations can be made by calling the Reservations Department at (202) 661-2400 and referencing the Maschke & Tabler Wedding Room Block or by using the link.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a 9 minute walk or a 2 minute drive from The Willard. Please use the link to book under the Tabler Maschke Wedding Room Block.

DCA is the closest airport, its just a quick 15 minute drive away from The Willard. Ubers are readily available and inexpensive. The Metro Blue Line to Metro Center is also an option.

Dulles is about a 45 minute drive from The Willard. Ubers are easily available, but depending on the time can be expensive. Alternatively, you can ride the Metro Silver Line to Metro Center.

At 3:45pm a shuttle will be available to take guests from The Willard Hotel to Holy Rosary Church for the ceremony and back to The Willard Hotel for the reception.
