We kindly request semi-formal attire for our celebration. For women, we suggest dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Men should wear a suit or dress pants and a jacket, with ties being optional.
While we love your little ones, we respectfully request our wedding day to be an adult-only event, with the exception of our immediate family.
Yes there is plenty of parking at the venue.
We recommend arriving around 3:45 PM to enjoy the pre-ceremony music and find your seat at a relaxed pace. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and arriving a little early means you won’t miss a single moment of this celebration!
We invite only those guests whose names are listed on the invitation. If your name is included, we can’t wait to celebrate with you. Thank you so much for understanding.
We kindly ask that ladies refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream-colored attire to all wedding events.
We completely understand that a destination celebration isn’t feasible for everyone. If you’re unable to join us, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP page. We’ll be thinking of you and hope to celebrate together another time.
Dress Code: Casual evening attire Think sundresses, linen sets, polos, button-downs, and stylish but relaxed going-out outfits.
Transportation will be provided after the reception at 10:00 PM, returning to Talking Stick Resort only. Guests should plan their own transportation to Eagle Mountain Golf Club. If you plan to take the shuttle back to Talking Stick, you will still need to arrange your own ride to the venue. Please note that Uber and Lyft can be limited later in the evening in Fountain Hills. There is plenty of parking, and overnight parking is available at the venue.
Yes our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. We recommend bringing sunglasses for the ceremony. We will have water and fans.
