How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP right under our RSVP tab.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP before August 1st.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity restrictions we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation unless listed "plus guest" on their invitation are permitted to attend. If your invite listed "plus guest" please text one of the brides your plus one's name for seating arrangements.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only event.

Where is the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Deerfield Golf and Country Club. 100 Craig Hill Dr, Brockport, NY 14420

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM please plan your travels accordingly. And we ask that you arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to ceremony time. Anyone that arrives after the ceremony has begun will be escorted directly to the cocktail hour.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

While we have not opted for a hotel block we have listed a couple of hotel options that you may go to as well as air bnb or vrbo options within the area. Please note if you choose to use these hotel services we unfortunately are not able to provide transportation to and from the venue at this time.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Unfortunately no, but there is Uber in the area to help your transportation needs.

Where should I park?

Answer

When you arrive to the venue there is a large parking lot to the left of the club house that we ask you park in as there will be other members of the course as well as the public that will be around for the course purposes.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We please ask that you arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time at 3:30 PM. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony begins, to avoid any interruptions, we will have a staff member escort you to the cocktail hour space until the conclusion of the ceremony.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Answer

When you arrive to the venue please head directly into the large front doors of the clubhouse where signage will easily help direct you to the ceremony area. Please enjoy the refreshments prior to the ceremony.

Where should I sit?

Answer

For the ceremony there is no assigned seating with the exception of notified family members which will be reserved for the first few rows on both sides of the aisle. Otherwise please pick any seat for the ceremony! The reception will have assigned seating. For the reception we will be having assigned seating which will be posted outside of the reception area in alphabetical order by last name.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We please ask that you do not take pictures with your cell phone during the ceremony. We have hired wonderful professionals to take photos and video during the ceremony and we will be more than happy to be sharing photos on social media following our wedding day. With this being said, our photo and video team will be capturing photos of both the ceremony taking place as well as photo and video of you, our guests so please keep this in mind before taking photos with your phone as it will be captured.

Will there be food?

Absolutely! We will be serving dinner promptly following the cocktail hour and grand entrance.

What if I have an allergy?

Answer

We would like to be as transparent as possible for potential allergy and dietary concerns. Please be advised some of our dishes could contain gluten, dairy, nuts/tree nuts. There will be a vegetarian option for entrees as well. We plan to have everything labeled for both dinner and any desserts.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes. There will be an open bar with many options both alcoholic and non alcoholic through both the cocktail hour and reception following dinner. While the bar will remain accessible in the cocktail hour area prior to the ceremony and during dinner it will not be open and will be card only during these times if anyone is in need of refreshments.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors weather permitting so please plan accordingly. There is a rain plan in place if the weather does not permit an outdoor wedding.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

You may wear whatever shoes are most comfortable for you with the ceremony being outdoors the ceremony space is concrete as well as the outdoor patio area is concrete as well.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: suits, sport coat with dress shirt, slacks and a tie, cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or a pantsuit. Please refrain from wearing polos, shorts, jeans, and sneakers. The wedding party is wearing both grey and burgundy. Please also refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory etc.

Can I take photos during the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! We will also be having a mobile app that will be QR code activated where you can take pictures of our night that we will receive as well to have more memories of our day!

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end promptly at 10 pm :(
