Glacier Park International Airport (FCA)
FCA is the airport in Kalispell. It is 30 minutes from the venue. The airport will be limiting operations for July 2026. The runway is expected to be closed from Mondays at 6:00 p.m. – Fridays at 10:00 a.m., then open for weekend travel. See the attached link for more information regarding this.

Missoula Montana Airport (MSO)
The Missoula airport is about a two hour drive from Kalispell and the venue. Missoula car rentals are more reasonably priced compared to Kalispell car rentals.

Ubers and Lyfts are limited in the area. Please keep this in mind when considering renting a car. We are hoping to have a shuttle to/from the event for the hotel mentioned below. This is not guaranteed though due to lack of transportation services in the valley. The website will be updated accordingly.

Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn and Suites
This link gives guests 12% off the regular rack rate, so you can select any room type that you choose subject to availability in that time frame. The hotel expects hotel prices to drop in January, so consider booking at that time. Guests will put their credit card info in the reservation to secure it, but the charges are not authorized until check in. Guests will have up to 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel the reservation if something changes. It is best to copy and paste the link into the web address bar, then select "Edit" at the top right and choose the dates and number of guests. It will show the available room types for those dates, and within the room type you select "see more rates", and then the wedding rate will appear. If you foresee your party getting a hotel through the hotel block, please notify us. We are unsure if we can get transportation to/from the hotel at this time. The website will be updated accordingly.

Hotels in Glacier National Park
If you are planning to stay at any of the hotels in Glacier National Park, they recommended booking one year or more in advance. Passes are needed to enter the park. Do your research ASAP!
