Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says "and Guest" then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day. We ask that every guest refrain from the use of photography during the ceremony so we can ensure nothing gets in the way of our photographer doing her job.

What is the attire for your wedding?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is semi-formal, so pull out your long dresses, fancy cocktail dresses, heels, suits, and ties and have fun getting dressed up!

Where are the wedding events located at Airlie?

Answer

This link will take you to the property map of Airlie's beautiful grounds: https://airlie.com/property-map/ The parking lot is located at #9 on the map (EV Charging Station). The ceremony location is located between the Airlie House and the Pavilion (#18) in the Lower Gardens. The cocktail hour is located to the right of the Lower Gardens, closer to the Pavilion. The reception is located at #18 in the Pavilion. If you have any trouble finding the wedding event locations, please don't hesitate to ask the Front Desk in the Airlie House, or call (540)-347-1300!

Where do we park?

Answer

When you drive onto Airlie's property, look for the "Guest Parking" lot on your right, that is where you can park your car for the evening. From the parking lot, you will see a sign for the "Pavilion" located in the top right corner of the lot, follow the path, and the Pavilion will be on your right, the ceremony location will be down the path to the left. Please consult the Airlie Property Map to better visualize.

Are there shuttles on property of Airlie?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying on the Airlie property, you can call the Front Desk and request a shuttle from your room to other parts of the property, such as the ceremony location or after/during the reception.
