Are kids welcome?

Our wedding ceremony and reception will not be a child friendly event and we are looking forward to giving parents the night off!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire. We suggest suits, formal jumpsuits, or cocktail dresses (long or short!). Please no jeans or the color white!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available onsite. We recommend carpooling due to limited availability. We also have a shuttle available for those staying at either of the hotels that we have a room block at.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Anyone staying at either of our hotel blocks is welcome to take the shuttle to and from the venue. More information to come regarding times!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, depending on the weather. If weather is unfavorable, there is a plan for an indoor ceremony at the venue.

What can I expect in terms of weather?

Answer

Typically, weather in September is mid to high 80's with moderately high humidity.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 4:30 PM and no later than 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
