Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport (DUB) is approximately 3 hrs 30 minutes directly East of Ballynahinch Castle (depending upon timing and Dublin traffic). Given the drive distance and beauty of the West Coast of Ireland, unless you'd like to spend time specifically in Dublin, our recommendation would be to fly in and out of Shannon Airport. Or, fly into one and out of the other to see more of Ireland.

Shannon Airport (SNN) is approximately 2 hours South of Ballynahinch Castle. SNN, being in the Southwestern portion of Ireland, is closest airport to some of our favorite areas of Ireland including: Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Cliffs of Moher, Killarney, Adaire, Galway, Roundstone and Clifden.
