What time is the shuttle from the Hyatt to Mercer Oaks for the ceremony?

Answer

There will be one shuttle from The Hyatt to Mercer Oaks from the ceremony leaving the hotel at 5:15pm! There is only one shuttle so please plan accordingly

Black Tie Optional We ask that men wear dark suits & women wear long black dresses to add to the New Years Eve feel

Will Transportation be Provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from the hotel to The Boathouse. We encourage guests staying at The Hyatt to utilize the transportation provided from The Hyatt to the ceremony at Mercer Oaks & then to reception at The Boathouse. The shuttle will begin to make rounds transporting guests back to The Hyatt starting at 12:15am until all guests have arrived back at the hotel safely.

Should We Stay at The Hotel?

Answer

Please keep in mind that Ubers & Lyfts may be difficult to find & expensive on New Years Eve. We encourage guests to utilize the hotel block as transportation will be provided to & from The Boathouse.
