Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party, please dress in cocktail attire. For the wedding ceremony and reception, please dress in black tie attire. For the morning after brunch, please dress comfortably and casually.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn Express at 4:00 PM and from the Townsend Hotel at 4:15 PM. Please arrive at your designated pickup location at least 5 minutes early to avoid missing the shuttles. Shuttles will return to the Holiday Inn Express and the Townsend Hotel at 10pm, 11pm, and 12am.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Planterra Conservatory will have complimentary valet parking should you choose to drive.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have 20 reserved rooms at The Townsend Hotel, 10 reserved rooms at Daxton Hotel, and 20 reserved rooms at The Holiday Inn Express from 1/9/25-1/12/25. Please book your accommodations by the dates listed on the travel page to ensure the group rate. You may also explore other hotels and Airbnb/Vrbo in the Birmingham, MI area. Please keep in mind that while our ceremony and reception will take place in West Bloomfield, we encourage you to book accommodations in Birmingham due to the proximity to the welcome party and post wedding brunch.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We wish we could accommodate everyone's little ones, but due to venue restrictions we will not be able to have kids at the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding weekend is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation who have RSVP'd.

Question

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?

Answer

Our menu will feature a gluten free, dairy free, vegan option. Should you have any additional questions about the food, please contact Mackenzie or Brian directly.
