Brendan and Mackenzie’s story began in the most modern way possible — with a Bumble match and a simple swipe that changed everything. At the time, Brendan was finishing his master’s degree in Agronomy at Purdue University, balancing research, typing his thesis, and the last stretch of grad school. After 6 months into dating they made the big move to Rochester, Minnesota. An apartment, a townhouse and 2 years later Brendan popped the question at Quarry Hill Park, while the couple was on a walk with their dog, Crouton. Now, surrounded by the people they love most, Brendan and Mackenzie are beyond excited to begin their next chapter as husband and wife.
