How can I book a room at Dreams Riveria Resort and Spa Cancun?
Answer
Use the following link to review room options, choose your dates, number of nights you would like to stay, get in contact with our travel agent (Jolene Bengtson), and pay your deposit to secure your room. Our room block is available from Wednesday, March 31st to Monday April 5th. https://traveljoy.com/bookings/BZpnGJDXpTL1FDbr3UB27cau If you are planning on traveling alone and rooming by yourself, please reach out to Jolene and she will assist you with booking a room. If you are trying to be cost effective, booking with at least one other person would cut down your price, however it is not required.

Will I be required to pay in full at the time of booking?
Answer
At the time of booking, you will be required to pay a $250 deposit per person to secure your room. A 2nd payment of $250 per person is due October 30th 2026. The remainder of the payment will be due January 10th 2027. After booking guests will receive automated payment reminders and updates so everything stays organized and stress-free.

When should I book my room by?
Answer
We completely understand that destination weddings require extra planning. If you plan to join us, please be sure to reserve your room by OCTOBER 1st, 2026. This helps us finalize our guest list and ensures you're part of all the wedding festivities. We truly cannot wait to celebrate with you all.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We can't wait to celebrate with you! Please RSVP by October 1st, 2026. Due to the destination location, reserved room blocks and in correlation with our booking deadlines, we kindly ask for your response by this date.

How can I book a flight?
Answer
Our travel agent would be happy to take care of planning your airfare, and you can add it right into your reservation so everything comes together as one seamless package. In that case, please share your full flight itinerary with our travel agent when you book your room, so she can ensure your airport transportation is arranged smoothly.

Is there a required number of nights I can stay?
Answer
There is no set number of days or nights you are required to stay. We have reserved a set amount of rooms from March 30th until April 5th. You may choose the nights you would like to stay in that time frame. If you are looking to extend your stay please reach out to our travel agent, but also note room availability and prices are not guaranteed outside of our room block.

Do I have to stay at the resort in order to attend the wedding celebrations?
Answer
No, you do not have to stay at the same resort (Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa), however if you choose to stay at an alternative resort you will have to purchase a wedding day pass. If you choose to go this route, just let us know and we can provide assistance.
