Formal invitations should be arriving to you by September 1st. Please RSVP by Oct 25 on this website under the RSVP tab. We want to celebrate with each of you, however, we cannot guarantee accommodation after the RSVP deadline.
The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly request gentlemen wear a black suit with a tie and ladies dress within the color palette in the formal invitation. UPDATE: The color palette on the invitation is hard to see and did not turn out exactly right. The colors are shades of burgundy, wine, maroon, Bordeaux, and on down to a dusty rose. Black is also welcomed. There is no mandatory dress length. We apologize for any confusion or worry.
Please arrive at the Kingdom Hall no later than 2:40 to allow time for parking and getting inside so the ceremony may start promptly at 3pm. This is important to the brides father iykyk. 😂
Although we love your little ones, unfortunately we cannot accommodate all children. Only children over 12 years of age that are listed on your invitation are invited. We encourage you to get fancy and have an amazing date night with us.
Your individual formal invitation will let you know if you may bring a guest. It will be addressed to you and Guest.
Please reach out if you have a specific dietary restriction or requirement so we may accommodate you.
There is plenty of free parking at the ceremony and reception.
Currently there is no transportation provided to and from airports or hotels. Please contact us if you need help to plan for this. If possible the only airport we can accommodate is Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport. We cannot help with travel to or from Atlanta or Nashville.
