From a party crash to planning a wedding. Mackenzie and Michael’s story began in 2016 at California State University, Fullerton, after Mackenzie and her friends (accidentally) wandered into the wrong party. In a moment that felt like fate quietly intervening, Michael stepped in — and a chance encounter turned into the start of something extraordinary. What began as an easy friendship soon unfolded into something deeper, shaped by long days together, endless conversations, shared laughter, and a love that grew without either of them rushing it. With a little nudge from friends and a lot of heart, they made it official on November 26, 2016. Since then, they’ve grown hand in hand — building a life rooted in love, joy, and three very spoiled cats.
