Question

What time should we arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45PM so everyone is seated and ready for the ceremony to start at 4:00PM.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). The ceremony is being held in a grassy area in the venue's beautiful apple orchard so ladies - please be mindful of this when choosing which shoes you'd like to wear :)

Are my children allowed?

Answer

While we love and adore your children, we have decided to make our special day an adults-only occasion (unless you have a newborn).

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, this will appear on your formal invitation. We kindly ask you to not bring other guests unless previously arranged with the bride and groom. Any extra guests will affect the final per plate headcount for our caterers.

Do you have hotel blocks for guests?

Answer

Can I bring outside alcohol to the venue?

Answer

This is a strict NO per policy of the venue and caterers. Any outside alcohol found on the premises by event and/or catering staff will result in us being heavily charged. Please do not, under any circumstances, bring alcohol of your own onto the premises.

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We want everyone to get home safely! Please make these arrangements ahead of time or plan to take a Lyft/Uber. You are welcome to leave your car at the venue and pick them up the next morning, we just kindly ask you to consider that there may be an event at the venue the next day so plan to pick up your vehicle no later than 12:00PM.

What time does the event end?

Answer

Bride and groom send off is at 11:30PM. The event needs to be fully over with by 11:30PM so we can be cleaned up and out of the building at the required 12:00AM time.
