2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Shuttles will begin picking up guests at 2:00pm. Last shuttle will leave at 3:30pm. If you are late you will need to drive directly to the venue which is located approximately 2 miles from the shuttle pick up location. We highly encourage all guests to utilize the free shuttle, as well as show up early to the parking lot for their ride. The shuttle is limited to 35 people per trip, and we don't want people to miss the ceremony if too many guests show up for the shuttle at the end. We expect the shuttle pickups to be every 15 mins. Please carpool to the shuttle pickup location with other guests or use ride shares to ensure all guests can park at this location. If you do not want to take the shuttle you can still drive directly to the venue & parking is available on the street. We encourage using the shuttle service to avoid overcrowding the street with parked cars as it is in a residential neighborhood and want to be considerate of the neighbors.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Welcome drinks will be offered to our guests upon arrival at the venue from 2pm-4pm. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Spring Casual attire is suggested. Comfortable shoes are recommended - venue is mostly dirt/gravel. Ladies: heels and wedges are still okay. Layers are also recommended as it may cool down as the night goes on.
The ceremony will begin around 4pm once the Bridal Party shuttle has arrived.
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and dinner while the wedding parties take their photos. Appetizers and drinks will be served at this time.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner will be served once the wedding parties are done with their photos and food is ready to be served. Music and dancing to follow until 10pm.
8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Shuttles will be available to return guests to their vehicles starting at 8pm. Last shuttle to the parking lot will depart from the venue at 10:30pm. Please carpool to the shuttle pickup location with other guests to ensure all guests can park at this location.
11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Casual attire.
Sunday brunch will consist of pastries, baked goods, coffee, juice and mimosas. It will be a casual gathering to allow our family and friends to stop by at their convenience anytime between 11am and 3pm to spend a little more time with the bride and groom.
