Ariane is Mackenzie's aunt and has been a huge support to Mackenzie over the years, during both happy and sad times. Her wisdom and advice has helped Mackenzie navigate relationships and parenting. We wanted our officiant to be a meaningful choice and we wanted them to share our view of marriage as an equal, supportive, and loving partnership, in which both partners can grow into their best selves throughout their lives. Ariane is the perfect choice! (She is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- so that has to be a good omen, right?)

I admire my dad, "Butch", more than anyone else in this world. He has supported me in many ways and has always been there for me, even when it wasn't easy or my choices were not the ones he would have made for me. Butch's practical advice, guidance, and love have helped me arrive at the place I am today. I cannot wait to walk down the aisle with him!
Ivy Lorah
Maid of Honor
Ivy is the coolest kid Mackenzie could have asked for! She's super smart, adventurous, and has a huge imagination. Jeff has already embraced the role of step-dad and the two of them could entertain each other endlessly. We couldn't imagine celebrating without her! If you know Ivy, you know that the title Flower Girl is not her speed, and truthfully, Mackenzie would not be who she is today without her so it made sense to name her the Maid of Honor!
Cherie Raub
Mother of the Bride
Mother of the Bride... and Wedding Planner! We couldn't have pulled this wedding together in eight months without Cherie. As my mom, Cherie has always been nurturing and supportive, but most importantly, she raised me to have my own identity, beyond being a mother and a wife. Those life lessons helped me recognize my person when I found Jeff. Plus, I'm proud to be bringing a Canadian back into the family!
