Lindsay and I have been friends forever! Our Moms were best friends growing up and now we carry on the legacy (and expect our babes to keep with tradition). I was Lindsay's Maid of Honor a couple of years ago when she got married and I wouldn't have our special day any other way. Lindsay has always been someone that I've gone to for advice. From discussions about how to get the guy to exchanging tips about potty training and all kinds of "is this weird?" questions, Lindsay has been there through it all. Dustin and Lindsay also immediately hit it off upon meeting. They could certainly be a dangerous pair and I'm pretty sure that I love them both for a lot of the same reasons. I am so lucky to have a lifelong friend like Lindsay and I am truly the one who is "honored" to have HER by my side in life and on our big day. - M

Alex is another one of my lifelong friends. From getting in trouble at the babysitter's together as kids to getting in trouble for.... other types of things as teenagers (and even adults), Alex has been there through it all. Alex is my go-to if I need to hear it straight and is also one of the only people I know who can put even Dustin in his place. Alex has always had my back whether I'm right or wrong and I don't know what I'd do without her. My personal stylist, makeup artist, therapist and much more. She is the most loyal friend a girl could ask for and has the absolute best taste in... pretty much everything. This wedding and all of it's associated festivities would not be possible without her. - M

Natasha and I have been friends since high school. Tash has always supported me in every decision that I've made (even the poor ones) and is always there to pick up the pieces when things don't work out. Tash is the kind of person who will always pick up the phone no matter what time of day it is or what you need to talk about... and Dustin takes full advantage of this on a regular basis. Tash has always been the more responsible one of our friend group and may very well be the reason that Alex and I have survived up to now. Dustin and I both love Tash very much and Dustin would seriously be hurting without his "second girlfriend". - M

Julia and I met in our first year of university while we lived on the same floor in residence. We immediately bonded over our mutual dislike of trying to make new friends. Julia is one of the big reasons my university experience was as great as it was. She has always been the most supportive friend and an honorary part of my family since her first trip north for Canadian thanksgiving. Although she lives so far away, she is still always reaching out to celebrate important milestones in my life or simply to tell me that she's thinking about me. - M

Emily and I have been friends since we met playing on the varsity curling team at Queen's. In our years curling together we spent lots of time at the rink curling and practicing but really most of our time at the campus pub talking about curling. In our last year of university we were inseparable and although she had her own apartment, she got a lot of use out of my pullout couch. Emily and I went through a lot of change together and I'm so grateful to have had her advice and guidance but mostly her reassurance that she had no idea what the hell she was doing either. Emily is a Northern-Ontario convert (I like to take at least a little bit of credit for this) and will be moving closer to me than we've been since university. Can't wait for our husbands to have to put up with all of our grown-up sleepover nonsense. - M
