Getting To/From the Venue

Crag Rat Hut is 10 minutes up HWY 35 from downtown Hood River. There will be 35 parking spots available at the venue, with around 100 people in attendance. Please, please, please plan to carpool!! I have been told Uber is unreliable in HR, so plan your transportation in advance.

Tell me more about the saturday hike

Mack and I cant pass up the opportunity to introduce the people we love to the mountain we love. The plan is to meet at Mt Hood Timberline Lodge at 11am and hike the Picnic Rock via Beargrass Trail Loop. You can expect a distance of 4.3 miles with 590ft elevation gain. Regardless of your desire to hike, we welcome folks to join us for a casual lunch and beers at one of the many options in Timberline Lodge afterwards, around 12:30/1pm.
