What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To get to the ceremony on time you, catch the shuttle that begins running at 2:50 pm from Comfort Suites. There will be no parking at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire (no jeans please). Bring a warm jacket for the evening as it could get chilly. It is a short walk to the ceremony so you may want to leave your stilettos at home.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no extra parking, so you must take the shuttle from the Comfort Inn or Uber.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony between 2:45-3:15 pm. The shuttle will pick people up from the reception to go back to the hotel between 9:45-10:45 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both outdoors. There is a small indoor area at the venue for the bar, parlour, and additional seating but we will mostly be outside all evening. The reception is held on a large deck with heaters but please bring warmer clothing in case it gets cold at night.
