As y’all know we are planning an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception, September is usually still a warm month. We recommend dressing comfortably so you don’t feel too warm while waiting for ceremony to start. We will have bottle waters available for everyone during the ceremony before cocktail hour. Stay hydrated :)
Dress to impress,but keep it comfortable! The vibe is semi-formal—think nice dresses, jumpsuits, or dress shirts with slacks. No need for a tux or ball gown, just something a little fancy and fun! Boots are always welcome, since it will be a very country vibe wedding. Also men are allowed to wear jeans with a nice shirt.* PLEASE DO NOT WEAR WHITE OR IVORY. Any other colors are perfectly fine.

Yes we do have a hotel block at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort, rooms have been reserved for September 25th-27th. When booking reservations go to our Travel tab on our website, discount code is automatic, so you won’t need to do anything to get our discount. Yes, we do! We are registered at Amazon. Additionally, we've set up a honeymoon fund for those who would like to contribute to our post-wedding adventure. Your presence is the most important gift to us, but if you’d like to give something extra, you can find our registries and honeymoon fund details under the registry tab on our website. In no way are you obligated to give us gift or send money.

Please have all cellular devices & electronics muted /ringers off during the ceremony to avoid interruptions. After that you are welcome to turn ringer back on, photos are always allowed at anytime during the wedding.
We want to make sure all of our guests can enjoy the wedding as well as food. If you have a food allergy, need something gluten-free or any other special diet restrictions that we need to know please mention it to bride or groom so we can have those request made with our cater. We always want to make sure our guests have what they need at our wedding.
Our ceremony will be outside by a beautiful lake with trees and cocktail hour will also be outdoors right by where our reception will be. Our reception will be indoors, of course things could change, depending on weather. If weather is not good we will most likely have everything indoors.
5:00PM - Ceremony Begins Please be seated by this time. I would recommend getting there at 4:15pm-4:30pm ( not later than 4:45pm) 5:30PM - Guests transition to the cocktail hour, where they can enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres while the couple and family take photos. 6:30PM - Guests are invited to the reception area to find their seats for dinner. 6:30-7:30PM - Grand entrance, first dance, and toasts before dinner service begins. 7:30PM-8:30PM - Dinner is served 8:30PM - Cake is cut and dessert is served 9:00PM-11:30PM - The dance floor opens for open dancing, with the reception ending around 11:30 PM
It is complimentary, available in lots adjacent to the resort's buildings and The Clubhouse, and is free on-site parking.
We will be doing an open bar, meaning all drinks are on us :) Please enjoy yourself during cocktail hours & whenever bar is open. All we ask is that you drink responsibility. Absolutely NO underage drinking allowed.
