How and When do I RSVP?

Invitation and RSVP info will be mailed to you. Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026

Do you have a Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes! Please reserve your room under the Sutherland/Guis Wedding Block. Please book your hotel stay before March 5, 2025 to ensure room availability.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and flowy knee-length or midi dresses. For men, dark jackets with slacks or dress pants are perfect; ties are optional. Dressy Western wear is welcome.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our celebration will be an adults-only event, with the exception of children in our close family. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:30pm. Ceremony start time 5pm.

What is the weather like in Montana?

Answer

Montana weather can be unpredictable. We suggest packing for cool days and chilly nights. The average temperatures for the last several years in early May have ranged from 40 degrees to 70 degrees. Rain/snow is also very possible!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking avilable at the venue. We do kindly ask to carpool if able to ensure there is parking for all guests.
